Overview

MultiVideoPoker.com ("we", "us", "the site") is a free strategy and tools resource for video poker players. We do not operate a casino, accept wagers, process payments, or require user accounts of any kind.

This policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

What Data We Collect

We collect only standard website analytics data through Google Analytics (GA4). This includes:

• Pages visited and time spent on each page
• Approximate geographic location (country/region — not precise location)
• Browser type, device type, and operating system
• Referring website or search engine
• Session duration and pages per session

This data is aggregated and anonymized. We cannot identify individual visitors from this data, and we do not attempt to do so.

We do not collect: names, email addresses, payment information, social security numbers, gambling history, or any personally identifiable information. We have no user account system.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to track session information. Google may use this data subject to its own privacy policy.

You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by:

• Installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on
• Using a browser with built-in tracker blocking (Firefox, Brave, Safari with privacy settings enabled)
• Enabling "Do Not Track" in your browser settings (we honor this signal)

Cookies

We use two types of cookies:

• Analytics cookies — Set by Google Analytics to track session and visit data. Expire after 2 years (GA4 default). Can be blocked via the opt-out methods above.
• Functional cookies (localStorage) — We may store small amounts of data in your browser's localStorage for site functionality (e.g., calculator preferences). This data never leaves your browser and is not transmitted to us.

We do not use advertising cookies, remarketing pixels, or third-party tracking beyond Google Analytics.

Affiliate Links

Some pages on this site contain affiliate links to third-party websites (primarily online casinos and related services). When you click an affiliate link:

• The third-party site may set its own cookies to track the referral
• If you sign up or make a purchase, we may receive a commission

How We Use Data

Analytics data is used exclusively to understand which content and tools are most useful, so we can improve the site. We do not:

Data Retention

Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months (the GA4 default), after which it is automatically deleted from Google's servers. We have no other data stores.

Depending on your location, you may have rights under privacy laws including GDPR (EU/UK), CCPA (California), and similar regulations. Since we collect no personal data, most of these rights are not applicable in a practical sense. However:

• You can opt out of Google Analytics as described above
• You can clear your browser cookies and localStorage at any time
• You can contact us to ask questions about data practices

California residents: We do not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA. We do not have a data sale opt-out because no sale occurs.

Third-Party Links

This site links to external websites (casino operators, app stores, regulatory bodies, etc.). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these sites. Review their privacy policies before providing any personal information.

Children's Privacy

This site is intended for adults 21 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect any information from anyone under 21. Gambling information is not appropriate for minors. If you believe a minor has accessed this site, please contact your local parental control resources.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy occasionally. Changes will be noted by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We will not retroactively change how we handle any data collected under a prior policy without prominent notice.
